1. Agreement & Acceptance

Welcome to RankForge AI ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via capilorix.store. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our AI content optimization features, you ("User" or "Customer") explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Description of Services

RankForge AI provides a commercial SaaS platform offering AI-driven search engine optimization (SEO), viral hook generation, keyword discovery, hashtag clustering, and title generation powered by advanced artificial intelligence models (Claude 3.5 Sonnet).

• Free Trial Tier provides up to 20 generation credits per calendar day.
• Pro Tier ($19/month or $190/year) unlocks unlimited high-speed AI generations, priority processing queues, and advanced search volume discovery.

3. Merchant of Record & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries, billing management, taxes (VAT/GST), and payment processing.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your specified payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your plan through your account dashboard or Paddle buyer portal.

4. User Account & Security

To access paid features, you must register an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

5. Intellectual Property & Output Rights

As between you and RankForge AI, you retain full ownership of all prompts and inputs you submit, as well as the output content generated by the AI for your account. You are free to use generated titles, hooks, and keywords for personal or commercial publishing without royalties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service to generate illegal, hate-speech, violent, or defamatory content.
• Automating unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering, or DDoS attacks against our servers.
• Sharing subscription credentials across multiple unauthorized organizations.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankForge AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall RankForge AI or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or reliance on AI-generated content.
